I used Capsaicin (sp? for joint aches). Man that stuff burns. I can't imagine putting it in my nose...but if it works that is a good thing. Will have to try it when my face amputation thing starts again. Nothing could be any worse than a full blown cluster...so burning or not, it sounds like it might be worth a try.
