Congrationlations on getting this started.
What about having someone read the Symphony while photos show a person who is experiencing a cluster headache in the background. And also show the reactions of the people around this person.
The way that I describe headaches is like a red hot drill is put into you eye and twisted slowly. The pain is not in the eye but behind it.
Just my thoughts.
