OK this is no joke , but I was so tired ( due to Verapamil maybe ??) that I had to come home and take a nap .
We'll see ..
p.s. I've had the most irregular sleeping habits since I was a teen . Used to wake up at 6-7 am ..school till 2-3 pm ..come home sleep off the afternoon , study , then work , till midnight or even up to 2 am then sleep again .
I don't know if that's normal , but I haven't really budged from that kind of sleeping pattern up until recently .
