I've heard CH ease up with age and I hope for all of you that I'm an exception. I'll be 60 next month and have had them most of my life. I was chronic in my 40's but I do think I outgrew that. The episodes now come at random and for from less than a week to more than a month. Right now it's every 3rd or 4th night and usually no more than a 5 or 6. Good luck.
