Very interesting. I am convinced that the CH's are hormonal. I started taking meletonin four years ago during the spring (when I get my cycle) and was able to go three years without a CH. I finaly had a bout this spring but it was nothing compared to what I had in the past. I had the headaches every three days instead of twice daily and the feriocity of the attacks was low.
