I too have to GIVE UP the battle (for while) to WIN the war. That doesn't mean I react to the pain...I just let it be...till it's over. I'm not strong enough to make it happen all the time but a good % I can. Time seems to stand still and anything or anyone around you doesn't matter, but can make it worst.
