I have the same problem. I believe I'm comming out of my cycle,
But its still not clear yet. The aftershocks As I call them
can last for weeks. I wake up if I'm sleeping on my left side.
Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night on my left side
and start to think, oh no. I hope I dont
get another one. Sometimes they pass, some DONT!
