I've never heard of that but once they put cocaine up my nose and left it there to see if it would stop the pain...it didn't. But I was flying high down the hospital halls!! hehe
But I do get steroid injections up my face that stopped a year long cycle 4 yrs ago. I think they are called Trigger Point injections. They don't help everyone.
I went back in yesterday to see if they can get this cycle stopped. We will just have to wait and see how this one goes. He used Toradol this time since the steroid makes the cataracts grow that I got from talking Prednisone years ago.
lcbob, I even got an injection into the shoulder but so far that hasen't done a thing. I've never had that one done.
