You said you got a prescription for the tablets, that is what I take. They are 50mg. My doctor said not to take more than 300mg a day. I have been on them everyday since the first of March , 99. They are the only thing that helps my CH's except Maxalt. You cannot take the Maxalt with the Imitrex tho.They are similiar.
