Hi all-
Had an interesting night online and off with my newly found CH friends. Yes, I know I'm a newbie here, but I've been around the Net block a time or two. My mother swears I spell 'tact' J-U-M-P R-I-G-H-T I-N, and who am I to disagree with she who gave me life?
OUCH is a major undertaking. The proposed convention is ANOTHER major undertaking. Neither will succeed if there is internal dissention among the ranks. I talked with one of you tonite, and hopefully convinced that person to hang in there. If anyone has any problem with anything that anyone else is doing, let's air our differences or pick up the phone and deal with them one on one. We are all here for the same reason-to advance the awareness of and, hopefully, generate some interest among the medical community to finally recognize CH as a real problem so that treatments and (God willing) a cure might be found.
I humbly suggest that everyone interested in the convention get together in the chat room one night soon so that we can find out who wants to help organize and all agree on who will do what. Let's pick a day and time that isn't one of the scheduled chat room times and see if we can't all get together on this.
Just my opinion, I could be wrong.
