I tried it and thought I was going to die.Along with the headache I had tightening of the chest,shortness of breath,my stomach felt like it was in knots and I had heart palpitations. I hope I didn't scare you from trying it.Everyone reacts different.I hope it works for you.Hugs,Dawners
