Oxygen at 8 liters at the first onset helped MOST of the time in my last cycle (It's been 3 days since my last HA, maybe Prednisone works after all.) I did have a couple that O2 didn't touch. My Doctor (a GP) wrote me a prescription for the O2 and insurance even paid for it. Before I got my tank, I would do vigorous exercise at first onset, which aborted a couple of HA's too.
