So... drink your water and when a cluster comes
on... do this... as soon as you feel the pain,
put some heat gel on your head to OPEN your
veins which are closed and swollen up. They
are what is causing the pain.. blood can't flow.
When you drink water, your veins are healthier
and more able to stay together and less likely
to swell up... I do this UPON a cluster... I
put the heat gel 454 flexall on my forhead, neck
and nose. This gets the PAIN to STOP growing...
then I take two exedrin migranes pills, and then
go outside and sit in the shade... within 15
minute pain is GONE!!!! Then the rest of the
day... I know I don't have enough fluid ... so
I drink and drink and drink. ER doctor told me
to drink till I pee every 30 minutes. Regarding
after sex headaches... I laughed SO HARD when I
read that one comment. Yeah, sex can even bring
on a cluster... but just men. not women. mmmm
no comment.
