Nancy, I use Pur-Bloka, 40mg did not seem to be effective enough. I use 40mg x 2 morning and night. My doctor assured me this would have no adverse effects to use a higher dosage. I suffer from extremely low blood pressure and my hands and feet are constantly freezing even though I live in the tropical KZN in South Africa.
