I too had a sinus infection on top of the clusters in January. I took over the counter decongestants (not antihistamines as they thicken the ummmm mucus) and antibiotics. if you touch your cheek bones under your eyes and they are both excruciatingly painful, or even one side, chances are that it's a sinus infection. YES, I'm aware that CH can do this too...I'm talking about the time between headaches! Hope this helped!
