Hi Kim, Was eating dinner not too long ago with my husband and children and swallowed "the wrong way", coyghed and gagged, gagged and coughed, 10 minutes later had a major attack that did not let up for 4 hours. Was happy to have my husband home as I could barely take care of my sons ages 1 and 2. Have no history of sinus problems. Anne
