Anne, when my clusters first started about 12 years ago, my first sign was in the back of my throat, i.e. it seemed to close up. I do occasionaly get the same feelings now.
It seems to me that every new cycle, I have been semi-chronic since May 1, my beginning symptoms vary. Sometimes when the CH starts my eye (right side) is very red, and other times it's not.
