The peddler line that brings murder to my heart is the disclaimer at the end of almost every one of the "use me" neodrug adds on tv that says something like,
"... the ONLY side effects are sweating, insomnia, and HEADACHE ..." - as if headache is ALWAYS a minor discomfort.
