Mike, I take 480 mg Verapamil a day, and O2 at 8 l/min. My attacks never raise above 2 or 3 on the Kip scale and are completely aborted after 5-10 min of O2. I suggest that you up your O2 flow rate for even better results. And make sure that you use a mask that delivers 100% O2, e.g. it should not have holes near the O2 inlet, these cause the O2 jet to suck in additional air, thus giving less than 100% O2.
