Richard's point about the law brings up something I've been thinking about lately. Wouldn't CH's be covered under ADA? The recent supreme court restrictions basically (as I understand them) address 'disabilities' that can be treated, like nearsightedness.
Lord knows, I'm not a fan of the litigious nature of our society, but when wrongs are done (like getting fired due to CH) then the system has to be used to bring things back into balance.
