For me the cicadian time thing is a big concern in my life. I work a rotating shift, a different shift, changing each week. The graveyard and swing shifts are for seven days at a time and the day shifts in between are for 5 days. I have to be very carfull of my sleeping pattern as being over-tired is a trigger for me.
