Starts with my right nostril stuffing up, then pressure followed by a knife stabbing through my right temple, quickly joined by the 'honey, the Demon shrunk himself' standing behind my right eyeball and enjoying himself with a sharp, red hot poker. Above an 8, it moves down into my upper right molar, feeling too much like an infected abcess. Afterwards, there's a spot just above my temple that's incredibly sensitive.
When they started 16 years ago, even my hair hurt. Consider the decline of this element the only positive aspect of baldness. :)
