Why is it that Denver could be ruled out in a stroke because of concern about the altitude, and after numerous posts about the adverse effects of the heat, Las Vegas is still the place? I just don't get it. Didn't anyone really understand when the man said 110 degrees? My vote (for what little it counts) goes to Canada. It is going to be cooler, just as accomodating I'm sure, and it has the bonus of an exchange rate that makes everything half-priced. What's the problem?
