I've sufferred for 12 years, and have noted that clusters for me tend to come during "change of season" months (Feb, Mar, Apr and Oct, Nov). I also note that changes in my sleep\wake cycle tend to bring clusters.

This last winter I went to a tanning booth twice a week--and it was the first time I didnt have to fill my oxygen tank once!!!! It has seemed to work for me.

I believe we need a certain amount of daylight each and every day---the tanning booth fooled my body into thinking it was summer year-round (summers I rarely get clusters).

It may sound crazy, but give it a try.
