I used a combination of procardia and lithium for my seasonal clusters for three years. This ment that I was on this medication for 3-4 months per year. The problem that I had was that Procardia took 10-21 days to begin taking full effect. After 3 years it was no longer effective for me. This has been common for me over the 23 years that I have had clusters. My first ever effective treatment is Inderal. It lasted about 3 years also. May be the combination of the lithium and Procardia could help. Best of luck with you clusters.
