Jack....You're right about the reason very little reseach is done on clusters is because it is rare. Since it rare there is very little money to be made. There probably are a lot of medical/scientific types that would like to research it but research doesn't get done if there's no money to be made. Bean counters make the decisions on what is researched. Sorry to say it but this is America and it's the capitalist way. There is billions to be made on pain, just not our kind of pain.
