I had the same problem when I asked to try O2, it seemed as though the doctors thought I had another motive for wanting it!!, then they told me I had to pay for the regulator and it was too expensive, it took a bad reaction to sumatriptan (I ended up crawling around his car park)for them to let me try it, the regulator cost me £150 and it works!, (not TOO expensive I think?).
