Same reply as Pat. Works much better for me than migranal spray or caffergot tabs. Yet doesn't seem to reduce quantity of h/a. I've no insurance so find it very spendy at about$20 per single dose. But for 4 weeks now it has kept me mostly away from the edge of insanity and that price I can justify easily. Imagine the gross reduction in human misery if Immitrex were available generic! I'd use it much more. sparingly than I'd like to.
