I've also been taking two Nytol tablets just before most bedtimes for three weeks. It's a herbal sleeplessness remedy marketed over here (UK). Might have a different name in the US.
Could also be having an effect.
Breaking the cycle has been my priority this time round like never before, as I feel this is very important in managing these damn things. Stopping the night-time attacks seems to be a good first step ...
