After 18 years I finally went to a neurologist. Did NOT tell me anythimg I did not know.
Sent me in a new idea direction however. I always got clusters in Jan and June/July. Why?
These were extremely LOW stress periods after extremely HIGH stress periods. For years I
worked casual at Revenue Canada from Feb to.....June. I have worked in a government liqour
store for 25 years.....busiest period.....Dec. Letdown periods were June/July and Jan. Sinc
I stopped working for Revenue Canada my only cluster periods are in Jan. Coincedence? The
neurologist suggested trying something that would cause stress when my work stress ended. I
will try that this Jan.
Look at your schedule. Do not look around yourself. Are your clusters at the same time as
there are changes in your stress levels. Stress does not have to be negative, it can be positive.
I love my job. I get a great deal of satisfaction from it. But......
Who has any thoughts......AFTER introspection......
