You gave me an idea. How many mg of diphenhydromine are in your excedrin pm? I am presently taking 50 mg plus 6 mg of melatonin. I may try taking more. I seem to be on a 12 hour cycle. I wake up anywhere from 3-5am usually and am in pain for 12 or so hours. Take 3 imitrex during that time. I don't come "alive" until the evening time. IF you wouldn't mind, telling me the amount of both medicines you are taking in mg.
