I too am a fan of vicks, it's seems to reduce the severity, sometimes, and actually may have been an abortive therapy(who knows with these stupid things) I have rubbed ben gay and other things(capsaisin) on the back of my neck where it gets so tense and it seems to have helped. My last episode wasn't as severe as previous attacks but like I said who knows? I will try all these things in future episodes as well as many other remedies I have found on this board.
