I have an O2 tank (E) that I got at a welding/medical filling place. Only like $50. Regulator seems like was more like $85. Most medical supply places will not fill without a prescription but some gas places that do welding tank and medical tanks will do it without prescription. They told me the only difference in medical grade oxygen is that it is tested for purity.
