hello matt, i'm in the midst of my worst cluster attach in 5 yrs. i depend on 02 and imitrex. best thing is to always have both. i use the 02 as much as possible at home. the imitrex can be carried around with you , but don't get the pills, too slow, auto injector works fastest. nasal spray is about half the price, and about 80% as effective for me. as far as preventives go, it seems to be a crap shoot! everyone's got to try different meds till they find one that helps.
