I've been using Imitrex nasal spray for really bad CH's. Action time for me is about 10 minutes tops, sometimes as quick as 5. I don't think the injections are much faster, and the spray is lots easier for me to do myself. Some people don't seem to absorb it as quickly through the nose but it works extra fast for me (praise the Lord and praise GlaxoWellcome)!!
