Totally agree, Nancy. Humor has a definite place here, but isn't and should not become, our primary focus. All things in moderation.
Amanda, though I wasn't offended by either the jokes or the occasional 'blue'word, I agree with your comment (and accept your regret) about editing the language when appropriate.
Now all, might I respectfully submit that we needn't let this become yet another 'family squabble'. Time to move on to other issues.
