I think oxygen inhalation is a blessing. I think that if narcotics were a more effective method, we ,well, I would get addicted. I have been there and life was miserable plus I still got CHs. I think "why Me, God". I consider oxygen treatment is of devine origin ( not to get religious on ya'll). I know it does not work for all and that makes me fell sad. I guess that is just life on life' terms and the hand we were dealt. I know CHs are hard to accept, but I believe it is necessary to come to some level of acceptance to have a little peace and hope.
