You must be confused, I spoke with a guy who said he would take a migrain over a cluster any day..he said with migrains you think you are going to die, with clusters you pray to God you do! He has both. My recent bout seems to be similiar. I have a CH and all day my head pounds kind of like migrain suffers describe theirs.
