I tried lithium and it didn't help at all with the headaches. In addition, I had major tremors and was on an emotional rollercoaster. I hated the emotional rollercoaster part - one minute I could be almost in tears of joy over something trivial and the next minute I was very short tempered or depressed.
Even if it had helped, and this is the only CH med out of the many that I've taken that I would say this about, I still wouldn't have continued treatment.
