No need to be forgiven. I've wished it CH's on several doctors. One told me he couldn't give me pain medication because of the dangers of addiction. I said it wasn't as dangerous as waking up with a .45 in my mouth with the hammer pulled back. He gave me the name of a good psych.
Another claimed he was an expert on headaches and promised me I wouldn't have to suffer ever again. Gave me 100mg thorazine suppositories that were guaranteed to stop the pain. Well, I may as well have stuck them up my butt for all the good they did.
I'm pulling for you. We're all in this together.
