I myself did not want to take prednisone, in fact I had it sitting on my desk but did not start until CH was coming and I had no O2 delivered yet. So with no other options really, I started my first tapering dose of Predisone ever and it worked with in the first 30 minutes or so, that was yesterday. I woke up with CH coming on, started Prednisone and it was gone with no shadow or anything. Woke up this morning feeling a like one was coming and whala the predisone did the trick again. I dont know what will happen when the taper is over but I am hoping. The O2 is on standby. So far results have out weighed minor side effects such as a little puffiness, joints have been a little sore, oh yeah and I couldnt even begin to sleep until 4:30 last night, but at least I was up with no pain!!
