Sorry to hear you're under constant attack but glad you're on the road to relief. Interesting what Dr. Kudrow says though about the REM sleep thing. Again, an indication to take Dramamine/Gravol before bed. These motion sickness drugs produce sleep as a side effect but don't allow you to get to the REM phase of sleep. This has gotten Mike through the night a few times without the Beast being able to find him. I know I'm really good at sounding like a broken record but this is really for the new folks. Try it, it's non-addictive and it just might get you some sleep for a change.

p.s. anyone know if Dr. Kudrow is related to Lisa Kudrow, the actress? I know her father is a Doctor in CA and she is a Rhodes Scholar.....just wondering. If she is related, could SHE be our PSA spokesperson because of what her Dad's research has brought us? hmmmmmmm
