Hi Sara,
I was around 8 when I had the first "sinus" headache. Not too bad thru my teens, episodic 'til I hit the 40's chronic then and now, thank God, (I guess) episodic. Next Sunday I reach the big six oh. Hate to be a wet blanket but some do grow out of CH. Good luck to both of you.
