I have mentioned severaltimes that I think that clusters and sleep times are related, even before the recent findings in London. The findings in London, having to do with the body's internal clock, coroborate my theories. I don't think when I posted it to the board that anyone took it seriously.

I have found that 7-10 days after the initial change of a sleep cycle that I get an episode....then as I wake up that night with headaches, my sleep is less and the next night they get more intense......I have found that when I go to bed at a usual time, only varying the time be 30 minutes or so, that I have a headache free night, for the most part......they are usually much diminished....where as, the night before last, I didn't get to bed till 11:00, one hour after I should, and I ended up having 4 headaches, 2 of which were 10s.

I can usually set my clock by my 5:30 headache....kinda wierd how they happen at the same times all the time.

I had one this morning at 9 a.m. - that was wierd.
