My Dr. told me to never go more that 15 minutes at 8 liters/minute. Said it's just not good to go any longer without a break. The O2 always works within 3-7 minutes for me. He told me why but I can't remember exactly the ramifications. Not critical but not wise either. Something about a rebound or addiction.....
