Yep, Derek hit the nail on the head. "Zeroes" on the 'KIP' scale is "no pain, life is beautiful". DJ has reprinted the post several times but the original was May 30th. I was coming down from a bad one then and had seen a lot of 1 to 10 scale refs. but no one had ever really defined the scale. So, through the fog, I did my own impression of it. DJ will be putting it on the side bar sometime soon since there have been so many ?s about but feel free to critique. Remember, I was coming down from a 9 or 10 when I wrote it.
