Hi Lars....I have had CHA's for nine years..my younger sister has had "ordinary migraines" most of her life.
SHE swears a change in her sleep pattern casuses migraines.
I SWEAR SOMETHING IN THE HEADACHE CYCLE CAUSES A CHANGE IN MY SLEEP PATTERN.
One thing is certain, If I have trouble going to sleep (very unusal for me), a bad CHA is on the way. Take Care!
