Maybe your talking of the Imitrex Nasal spray, I am not sure. But actually the info. for the injection says it is effective on Clusters. Recently, due to my Dr. telling me that Imitrex was only for migraines and not CH's, DJ posted a link to the info on the net and I even got info from pharmecy myself and read it. It is the info that is in the package, they will give to you if you ask at pharmecy. May be helpful to have to show Dr.
