Methysergide is Sansert, Imigran/Sumatriptan is
Imitrex.
What I have read on Imigran, says that it has not
known the effects on pregnant women. Below are a

I really urge you to follow the other 2 suggestions
of Oxygen and the water treatment, most treatments
for clusters are not safe during pregnancy, I hope
your wife can try these and I pray that they work
for her!!!
