Glad to hear you're nearing the end of your cycle, and happy to know that you know where we all are now, for the future.
You didn't say, but are you on any medication, and have you seen a neurologist who is familiar with treating cluster patients?
There is medication out there that works for many of us, and your doctor, if knowledgeable, should be familiar with them.
Just don't want to hear you're suffering needlessly when there's help available.
